Kolb’s effective learning cycle

DO YOU KNOW KOLB’S EFFECTIVE LEARNING CYCLE?

According to David A. Kolb the learning cycle involves four stages. These are: concrete learning, reflective observation, abstract conceptualization and active experimentation. Effective learning can be seen when the learner progresses through the cycle. The learner can also enter the cycle at any stage of the cycle with logical sequence.

All our intellectual outputs will be consistent with this theory. The selection of exercises is based on the cycle of effective learning of Kolb, which contains exercises tailored to the content. Thanks to that the activator, contemplator, pragmatist and theoretician will get to know (learn) the substantive (thematic) scope of classes. The use of them leads to better educational results, because all products take into account the diversity of learning styles.
